Train Strong: You’re Crazy! I can’t do that…

I have no place to put it.  It’s too expensive to buy…I don’t want to look funny doing it.

Stop making excuses!

All you need is ONE GOOD SANDBAG and you basically have your own gym in a bag.

Check this picture out, its the basics I got going right away when I
first found my love for the ‘Underground Strength Movement’

I cant imagine training without this stuff anymore.  It wasn’t that
hard to find, make, and it was actually kind of fun.  I see so many
ads in the classifieds containing people trying to sell their ‘garage
gym’ machine.  One of those one that has like 100 pulleys, 8 different
kind of ab exercises on it and 3 calf raise machines….I mean,
seriously?  I hate those things!!!  For one, they suck!  For two,
theyre cheap and they suck!  For three, they’re just a fad machine and
the companies that make them love to prey on fat, out of shape, middle
class people that could afford JUST 12 easy payments of $199!!!!  Wow,
super deal!  before you know it, you have 7 payments left and you
havent used it in 2 months.  Why?  BECAUSE IT SUCKS!!!!

Me?  I’ll take a barbell, a few dumbbells, and maybe a kettle bell if
I can find it cheap enough.  Even they’re starting to get a little too
‘mainstream’ for me. Price wise anyhow….

I use to be in the gym all the freakin’ time, endless hours on cardio
machines.  Craziness.

I still go, but not even half as much…and I cant remember the last
time I did a double day.  10 minutes tops on the cardio machines too.
And thats usually a warm up or cool down.

Guess what?  I’m the fittest I’ve been.  I’m staying consistent at my
current weight, which I lost 14lbs of in May, and I just feel overall
stronger.  I don’t get unbearable soreness in certain areas like I use
to….when I did the ‘isolated’ bullshit workouts everyday.

And, I just flat out feel like an animal.  Stay tuned, I will give you more
help on making this stuff for little or no money.  For starters, below you will find some of the basics.

Summary:

Waste your time hours on end at the gym, listening to BS from the trainers, or ‘ellipticalling’ your life away with little to no results- or change things up, get on a kick ass program and get ready to see results!
