Tire Flipping Workouts

Please note, this was done ‘deadlift’ style and should not be attempted.

That being said, I HAD A FREAKIN BLAST!!

Tire flipping is a great total body workout.  My back, biceps, and everything else felt great after and the next day as well.

And yea, shattered my last attempt’s time of 10:23 and brought it home in 8 minuts 10 seconds this time.

Good time.
