NATALIE!!! Hello! Thanks for posting. And of course...you are correcto. But, you stll have to do something with those side packets...and I usually end up eating them.

Im not saying ive ever done it before or anything...but you could also bring in your own oatmeal and ask for a couple scoops of protein in hot water...and mix it all in. Now that oatmeal has 17grams of protein and about a third of the cost... Im jusssayin.... You are right about the oatmeal tho.

Im glad we got a post out of ya! Stick around and help us with some more of your veggie tips!

Thanks,

Mike

What about the Perfect Oatmeal mike? Alone its only 140 cals, 3g Fat, 25 carbs, and 5 protein. It comes with 3 side toppings; mixed fruit (100 cals), mixed nuts (100 cals) and brown sugar (50 cals). You just have to be careful because adding all 3 brings this meal close to 400 cals. But the packets of dried fruit and mixed nuts are good for mid day snacking later and since its whole grain, the oatmeal with a banana keeps you pretty full all morning.

Unfortunately, no... The biscotti is the closest you can get without completely wrecking your diet.

More tips to come.
