Good Monday morning, Beeeeasts- and Beeeeastetts!

INSANITY; doing the same SHIT over and over…and expecting a different outcome. – AA meetings..

Welcome to another week of insanity.  Time to KILLLLLLLLLLLIT! Get new things…RESULTS.

Let me get started by saying I am pretty impressed with September.  As a whole, we had some ups and downs, but we pulled it out… (she said, ha!) ok, seriously, it was GOOD.  Now, it is time to pick it up some.  Yes, MORE.  See, here, the more you do…the more you have to do on the next one.  Once again, pretty much goes with anything worth doing in life.

I really don’t think I am satisfied though, and I don’t think you are either.  For one, I cannot be satisfied.  The existence of OCSF as a life is on the line.  Second, I have another personal challenge I am going to execute.  I have 2 actually, one body, and one business.   Let us not forget, Mike is a Beeeeeeast, but just a baby with the biz… We need 8 new people in October.  No, im not asking for you to help…so don’t start freaking out on me…yet.

Anyhow, so what’s in it for you? Well, plenty.  For starters, this is chance for you to start your own personal goal kick-start.  And good ol’ ME is here to help you along the way.  It is kinda my job now…

Disclaimer: It takes much more than 21 days to lose 50lbs unless you are smoking crack.  So set it high, but be realistic.

Second, I will also be posting a short list of food items for 2 main goals.  General weight loss, and overall SHREDDING.  I suggest you stick to General items unless you are already in the middle of a program…or advanced in the fitness and clean eating lifestyle.

In addition to the list, I will post 3 workouts per week for each section.  Once again, there will be different sections to follow.  It will be broken down into body weight home or gym equipment routines  Keep in mind…I hate the gym.  When I say Gym Equipment, the fanciest im listing is a row machine…and you wont be using any cable powered weights. HA!

As a bonus to my loyal readers and clients, I will have SUPPORT and VENT forums installed.

You will have full access to update your progress, ask me or other members questions, vent, post before and after photos, and just say whatever you want….and I will actually respond with something useful!!!  Or, at the very least…funny…in a sick way of course.  Actually, it is already being worked on now.

None of this is free…except to you…SO USE IT.  I do expect participation if you get any use from it.  If there is one thing wrong with society, it’s the sense of entitlement out there… Take, take, take…catch my drift?  The plan only works if you do too.

So…here is what’s coming up on the 7th

  • Small 5 Item Food List
  • 3 New Workouts (once again, its training…but I will keep it simple and call it WOD)
  • Functional Forum Boards if things go well.
  • Outlines “Rules” for my personal challenge
  • Outlines of “Rules” for desired goals of the categories I explained above.

Here is what you need to do.

  • Nothing if you are not interested
  • Email me your goal if you are interested.  This is not needed for the beasts I already see in person.  I will put you in the proper categories myself.
  • FORWARD THIS POST/or email if you get my feeds..to anyone you think may be interested.  Your average person with a gym pass or a couple dumbbells could lose about 8lbs in 21 days.  I said, average…nobody wants to be average anyhow.  And really, you can think of at least one person to forward this to…cmon!
  • Get ready to KILLLLLLLIT!

By the way, it’s all called “OCSF presents OCTOBER FREAKFEST” and yeah…we’re gonna be FREAKS!  Everyone will do what they can, plus SOME, based on fitness levels.  We’re gonna KILLLIT!  For one, im going to repeat the BIG 4 but really push for time this second round. As far as stats, ill figure that out later…by the 7th.

I am seriously excited. Now it is YOUR TURN.
