My boy, Dean, from Prosulum.com got us up and running again…im sure you noticed..riiight.
Anyhow, back on with the show. As we discussed in YESTERDAYS POST we are starting the challenge as of Wednesday, Thursday works as well for the downtime on communication. It is ass kicking work and great decision making for 3 solid weeks, anyway you look at it.
So…do you have a goal? Here is a few we have so far….Lose 3% body fat. Define abs. Lose 15 lbs. Get in to single digit body fat %. All those listed are possible, and I am here to help and see that it happens. Every single goal listed will require a CLEAN eating style…not starving…not dieting..just eating clean and healthy. NO MORE CRAP, folks! That wrecks and sets back any goal, then people begin to blame the concept and give up….until the next miracle comes out. Don’t be a people…don’t cheat yourself out of a good thing.
Before I get into another long useless rant, let us talk about something useful…briefly….FOOD. <-click the link for some sample food items.
For starters, let’s get into proteins. Chicken breast, tuna, other fish, sliced lean turkey, and egg whites, should be your main source of proteins. Vegetarians should try veggie pattys, some non fat cottage cheese, and greek yogurt for protein. These are for ultimate results…but not for everyone of course.
Grainy Carbs are needed, but must be limited to a minimal and only used to function. For best results limit these to 1 serving of oatmeal or a slice of bread per day. Plain oatmeal…not the little kid sugar ones out there. Or if you prefer cereal over oatmeal, Special K protein plus is the only one I would use…and limit just as much.
For fruits, I would learn to like apples, grapes, berries, and avoid all pre frozen and dried fruit. No trail mix of any sort… Look, there is not one person that has emailed me saying their goal is to ‘put on weight’….so this is the outline most requested.
For cooking oils, try to avoid them. It is doable, trust me. If you don’t have a huge medical issue with soy sauce, it make a good stir fry with lemon or lime juice. No mayo! Don’t ask…
Booom…and there is some ‘useful’ stuff for today. I did not mention veggies, because we all know you can eat at will..except the forbidden potatoes and carrot…and corn…and olives. The rest, have at it.
Well, that’s about it for now folks. Get ready…I am. Seriously, either get on board or get out of the way.
There will be some more food items mentioned tomorrow as well as a couple basic workouts for you to keep in mind.
I still cannot get Vic’s video to load, but it’ll work out better for the actual release day.
It’s time to show you ARE disciplined, and you ARE NOT afraid of hard work to get what you want. Here is a nice 6 minute workout video…some of you already seen it, most have not. I suggest you watch it…feel it. Get the last of your crap snacks used for TV viewing… check it out. Of course I am not going to ask you to do this specific workout…unless you wanna? But really, if you’re not willing to push yourself…then just wait til January 1st and make resolutions again like the rest of the world.
