It’s our first ever video update. Don’t blame me for the stat at the end. B is still runnin’ the show, but he let me handle some of the odds n’ ends from a remote office. HAA!
Two back to back days of restola! Wheeeeeewie…I am willing to admit it was needed. BUT ITS OVER!! Time for WORK! I’m just not sure what…yet…I do know we will work.
Today is day 777. Yeah….I don’t know how I keep comin’ up with the cool day names either. Today there will be a weigh IN. Same time, same conditions as the first. 4 Insane workouts, 2 days rest, and massive eating…most good, but not all. That is later today.
I will have a pretty good idea of how much damage or good has been done after a week…based on how I feel, muscle soreness and overall pain (just being honest here) in the joints, and what the scale and mirror say.
I will adjust accordingly. I already know I need to improve the water and sleep intake to improve overall results.
The last 7-10 days we will have to switch into strict water, sleep, and super clean eating. It’s going to be crucial to what I’m trying to accomplish.
All these little things are pretty easy to track. It’s not a very hard system at all. As much as possible, eat clean, REAL FOOD, and when needed…read labels and adjust accordingly.
Here’s the big secret; YOU can do this for your own 21, 31, 60, 69, 99, or however many days you need to kick start your new fitness, diet, or whatever GOAL you’re trying to achieve.

Which brings us to another point…the 2 days of rest has been good for the body, but I know the BEEEEEAST is not going to be happy if the workout is anything short of nutty… We have been craving a few things; Hills, maybe hills with a vest. The Tire…damn it’s been a whiiile. I think its time to snap my old 100 tire flip time of 8:10, then…so another 200 and call it 300! HA! Beeeeeeast will LOVE that one for sure! Listen, all these crazy workouts are crazy, not a good idea, and shouldn’t be done by you. There…that’s my disclaimer! Also, Kettlebells, but we need heavier ones. I’ll figure out some way to get them signed off for if we can get 2 more clients this week….hint, hint…anyone?
Anyhow, if you have any reasonable ideas I am open for suggestions. You can even toss some crossfit names at me, ill look em’ up. Just click the link to the main site and drop a comment!
