Mike here, releasing some footage of B’s first day on the job.  Good work, B!

I remember when I first found the underground…and i LOVED it!  It gets me fired up seeing my pre-beez killin it!  Just taking a leap of beastola faith and sayin’ eff the gym machines…LET’S KILLIT and get RESULTS!

As you’ll see in these videos, you don’t need much at all to get a killer workout in.

A couple small medicine balls, a $30 kettlebell, which is still overpriced in my opinion, something to jump on to…and just good ol’ HARD WORK, son!

When you don’t have to go to a cluttered, crowded gym…there is plenty of room for excuses…but, we just don’t allow them here at OCSF!
