Monday Madness: Extreme Fat Loss & B explained

Good morning, folks!
We got another tough week ahead here, but I am focused and positive. It is SERIOUSLY time to killlllit! Except physically, I am resting the next 48 hours. I haven’t been the smartest when it comes to over-training lately. (actually with nothing at all) It’s a serious issue, and can actually lead to injury…or even worse…..LACK OF RESULTS. Right now, I am afraid of both. Its not a muscle soreness, more of a dull bone pain. So, Im going to chill. And eat. Eat big for 2 more days. Beastola is going into restola and focus on the beasts in progress. (or I should say, Coach is..more on that later)
So what’s the plan, Mike? Yeah…Mike flew in today, he’s back from vakay. More on that later too..HAAA!
Anyhow, the plan is to get everyone checked in and progress tracked over the next couple days and then go nuts for day 14-21. So, after rest is over, we will have a few things planned. For one, the EXTREME strict eating for a week…it won’t be fun. Light meat, green veggies, and just enough fruit and grainy carbs for muscle preservation and brain function…yeah, brain function…riiight, like that happens no matter how many carbs beastola consumes!
-1 Gallon Water
-Coffee. No creamer.
-Lean Chicken and Turkey Breast or Tuna, not in oil.
-Bell Peppers, Brocoli
-Almonds for fat
-Apples
-Oatmeal or bread
-7 Hours of sleep, MANDATORY
That is what the weight loss, aka beast shred-mode food cyle will consist of. It’s only one week, it is very doable.
I have been training like a 300 warrior, afraid to be cast into the pile of skulls….(true fact: they really tossed the weak babies) Wow! The point is, I know I can turn it back ON once I am rested and the bones have healed….some. I have been eating BIG meals, and more breads, and potatoes. I like the eating part right now…and it may be tough to get back on track with the caveman complete, but I will.
I have been eating big, and it has worked…worked well if you ask me. I have packed on about 10lbs and have the same waist size. I feel a little slower and kind of ‘full’ to be honest…but overall feeling BEASTLY.
I am weighing in at 183 now.
So, there you have it folks…we’re halfway thru this crazy thing and I am right on track. I’m killin it like it hasnt been killed before!! It’s time to get back on track and add those 9 I’ve been talking about.

The help never came. I went on vakay…I am back…hell, I even left my BAGGAGE at the airport…wink wink. Yeah…….thatsssssssright folks….FUCK EM’. Here is a new word for my readers that we will start using….FEMA….Fuck EM All.
No time for half steppers, no time for excuses…it is GO TIME again. Let the world be ‘normal’ because that shit ain’t for me. I have one purpose, to killlllit! That may be for my own goals, or yours.

You want cozy and happy…go see your girl, the pretty whiner…or your boyfriend, the non-beast….hit the fitness club, 24, or Planet Fitness. Join a group class, “because the gyms not the same without my friends.” HAAAAAAAAAAA! I would still be a fat ass if I had to depend on ANYONE.
Just killlit, killlit because you can. I do. Im a BEEEEEEEEEEEEEAST…and I have proven it. Who wants to challenge it? You’ll get a handful of SICK before and after pics…and about 130 videos of me JUST KILLIN SHIT. Shit we can even play some ‘training games’. Yeah, I am calling you out. Do..or just, do shut up.
What? You want to KNOW why were doing something, because you care? Or because you dont trust me, or think im clueless? HUH? The fact is, we are doing this because YOU SUCK…and I have to start you on BABY TRAINING.. Hell, my nephew moves faster and lifts more than some of the people I see…and he is 2.
How is that not enough motivation to make you want to be a beast? Last night at our Sunday night football game, I remember thinking…”this is lame. Im so over this. Shoulder hurts, I shouldn’t be out here. This aint B. I got shit to do.” I wasnt there all the way, I held back from soreness fear, and we were losing….
“Wow! Boo-fuckin-hoo, Mike! You SHOULD NOT HAVE SIGNED UP THEN. Let me out. You take a couple plays off.” Beast, said.
We came out and stuffed em’ solid. I won’t get into all the details, but I added some stats. A few plays of beast by the whole team. Unleashed. We scored, we won. The end…
Beast is an engine, does not know direction or moderation…just go or stop. It’s our job to use it. Control the beast, but unleash it. Find the beast, he controls your goals…your results. Beast is YOU. EVERY person was born with BEASTOLA GENES, some of us just decide to let it die. Channel it, discipline it, USE IT! Remember? Your body is a Temple…don’t USE it…and it WILL be taken from you. Guess what? So, is the Beast.
Make a decision to DO SOMETHING RIGHT NOW! Stop waiting…you may just run out of time.
For me? BEEEEEEEEEEEEAST!!! He is alive and well.

PS: Thanks for all the thoughtful words during my mother’s rough times. She is going back in to the doctor today, and most likely for some minor surgery tomorrow or Wednesday. She will be awesome, and this is actually a blessing in disguise…once again! Blessings in disguise, wolves in sheepskin…ehhh, all in a day.
