7. CNS-
Short for central nervous system. Truth be told, you really throw it out of whack when you have have a gaaaangster workout with the beastola. It takes a while for it to recover, but you’ll be fine. We look for it…
8. Killllt!
Simple, train hard…get in the ZONE.
9. Sets
A number of times you perform a specific amount of rep of an exercise.
10. Reps
Repetition of an exercise. Example: 3 sets of, 10 reps, of push ups.
11. WOD:
Workout of the day. Just remember, I consider this TRAINING…not working out.
12. Circuit
A series of exercises performed one after another, usually with little to no rest in between.
13. Folk, Folks
My buddies, my trainees, my pals.
14. Normal
Something you DO NOT want to be. Processed crap eating, treadmill running, class going, gym gabbing, non CNS acheiving….NORMALCY. Fu** that!
15. Insane
The gooooood kind. That’s me as well.
Well, there is 15words you may have wondered about. Some, ok, most are off the wall..but I like em. And really, if you don’t know what a CARB is by now…then geeze…I mean it was tough enough to type of the ’sets and reps’ part.
