WEIGHT LOSS MODE: Day 1

Okay folks, it is time to get serious now…
Intro caveman 101 again. No more… No more extra carbs, no more ‘whatever meat’ and no more extra sugars. It has been fun, and I think I could ride it out a little longer to be honest…but it is TIME.
Day 1 is going to be a SHOCK…to the diet and to the body. We have had 2 days of rest, and will avoid any major wear on the shoulder and elbow still. After review, it will need a little more time.
So, what is a great fat burning exercise? Umm…how about TWO? Running hills, and burpees. OUCH! I know..
For one, sprints are great fat burners…but the human body can only do so many with proper fashion. Once you hit your threshold, there is too much science involved in the form. Running hills however, is just running. I am not looking to increase speed or perfect my sprint. My goal is to burn fat.
Another one is Burpees. If you do not know what burpees are, you are missing out. There is a video at the bottom of this post, nothing but burpees. If you view my Youtube channel…you will see many more. Instant fat burners with endless variation possibilities.
OK, great…so you’re going to do a crazy workout…big deal? Correct, that is only a small portion of the process to the goal at hand.
DIET IS CRUCIAL. You will DIE before you out train your shitty diet.
I will consume lean meats, vegetables, and fruit. Oatmeal and yogurts, nuts and eggs will be consumed when needed and in limited fashion.
Breakfast is a chicken breast and a bowl of green veggies, plus oatmeal. This is a WORK MEAL for the task at hand.
Lunch will be tuna, and dinner is fish and more veggies.
Diet will be tracked as well as workouts. I will also do some double day workouts. Not advised, but if spread out and not done on the same area per se…they should help.
We got 8 days to go. First it is SHOCK, then we AWE…

I think its your PC…works good here…mine is ancient too. You already seen both anyhow.
I got a couple emails, after this post…….
1. NO, I do NOT recommend peanut butter for weight loss. Not unless your fat intake is super low.
2. YES. The baby food oatmeal mixes well with the baby food banana flavor. And it isnt too bad either. Limit intake..it packs about 30 carbs.
Killllit!
What do some of the other people on this fourm eat on the run?
I have a big bag of Almonds, apples and grapes that I keep with me all day so when I need a snack that is what I reach for.
I found a great lunch at Ralphs the other day baked chicken breast $1.99 and salad bar $2.40.
Canned tuna, chicken, or turkey
Apples.
Sometimes oatmeal when I stop into starbucks after a workout.
Beef jerky.
Baby food.
I try to avoid the nuts, way too powerful for my moderation level.
