I have a big bag of Almonds,apples and grapes that I keep with me all day so when I need a snack that is what I reach for.
I found a great lunch at Ralphs the other day baked chicken breast $1.99 and salad bar $2.40.</description>

1. NO, I do NOT recommend peanut butter for weight loss.  Not unless your fat intake is super low.

2. YES. The baby food oatmeal mixes well with the baby food banana flavor.  And it isnt too bad either.  Limit intake..it packs about 30 carbs.
