Wow. It’s over. Update, day 22…that means that it’s thru…

Good morning my folky folks, beez in peez, current beez…I hope this post find you having a great day.
Well, the FREAKFEST09 has come to an end. I am not even going to test the body fat. I felt leaner when we started on day one. I didnt stay disciplined at the end when I had to cut back on the crazy workouts. I ate too much bullshit…that is where the blame falls. No excuses, just too much sugar and junk.
It feels good to admit your mistakes. If you do that, and not blame your ‘body-type’ or metabolism, you won’t have to second guess the effectiveness of a clean diet and healthy fitness levels.
“Gee…I got a shitty metabolism, so it’s going to take forever to burn this damn cream filled chocolate eclair off…so there is no reason to workout anyhow.”
“I go to the gym 4 times a week and don’t eat allot of junk food. I just want to flatten my stomach.”
Ok…for one, your metabolism typically gets slower with age…and even worse, if you have a SHITTY DIET and no workout routine. Two, if I still went to ‘the gym’ 4 times a week and didn’t eat clean..I would just shoot myself. But really, what’s the point? Go, feel good…then go out to eat, have some ‘drinks’ then wake up and do it again. No improvement, it’s just a chore. And if you want to flatten your belly without doing WORK..then just have someone run you over. It’ll get flat…
Listen up…and listen good. Without a moderate to very CLEAN diet outline in place…THERE IS NO WORKOUT PROGRAM OUT THERE THAT WILL ACCOMPLISH YOUR GOALS.
If you’re 19 and playing college ball, then I am wrong. If your the hotdog eating champ, I am wrong. But…guess what? You’re not…and neither am I.
‘Well, Mike…so and so eats fries and such and such every day..he is thin.’ Fuckin’ great! Probably flabby, loose, clogged arteries and basically a skinny fat because of the body frame. Soon the skinny fat turns into something that looks like it ate a GIANT bowling ball. You know, oh..it’s my beer belly, the it’s cute…it’s funny, type. No. it’s not.
Genetics plays a huge part in body layout as well. But seriously, we’re not scientists or doctors here. You’re not going to get a blood sugar reading, and diet designed around it…go to your damn doctor and pay him. We all know im not making that much. You’re also not going to be placed on some calorie software and a ‘pod’ attached to you which reads something…im not sure, it’s called body pog or pod bug or something. They sell em’ at fitness chain gym I attend once in a while…but not once thru the fest.
If you work with me, you will get some good pointers on eating…a basic diet outline, specific items that work and I have used and seen others use, and that’s about it. I am not a nutritionist…shit, I still use a pack of sweet & low in my coffee. We all know that stuff causes your butt-hole hole to seal up and all that other wicked stuff…HA!
So…what the fu** you saying, Mike?
1. This is a SLAP IN THE FACE…wake up. Take responsibility for the food you eat. You are a machine. Would you piss in your vehicle’s gas tank? Would you pour sugar into it?
Then, why the fu** would you do it to your own body? Every once in a while you let the oil change go pass the miles…or let it get all the way past the E…there are your cheats. Do it all the time and you’ll have issues.
2. Like the workouts, I have food info too. I have some journals and logs for the Fest09. Starting tomorrow, I will begin posting a couple meals and a workout per day. I had 2 phases of meals, muscle adding and retention (non-weight loss) and very light weight loss meals.
These will serve as useful eating tips and possibly some new ideas for your own eating habits.
Listen folks, listen…shhhh….I’m fuckin’ crazy…about all this. Got it? Until I have a roof, and employees…rollin’ in the Beastmobile aka the WORKtruck09, going places I don’t belong, talking crazy and being completely offensive at times, killin’ shit with my beez in peez, and talkin’ about food…is how I intend on putting it on my plate.
This next 90 days is going to be insane. No. Not because of some workout, or some diet plan…because of life. As I said, life isn’t a couple or even a few goals. Life, itself, is a goal.
I am no dummy. I live in no fairy tale. Shit is going to get tough, real tough. It’s still a business, and Beastola has some things we need to handle. But, I can already feel it, the payoff. A focused mind, and hard work will always prevail. You have to focus on the end prize..the results…the accomplishments. Enjoy the journey, even the failures and tough times.
Sorry, beez, I gotta get serious right here. Gut check time, for me too. I mean, really…we got people dying of starvation…yes, DYING…and others losing limbs or burned from head to toe in some other oil laced country…only to recover and flat out slay some insane training regiments, and better scored than 90% of the ‘normal’ people involved.
And, what?? And..we sit and complain about not being about to eat cake anymore? About a diet outline? We whine about working out? Huh? If they didn’t ‘workout’ they’d never walk again…it’s called rehab.
Nutrition 101: It is NOT that hard to understand and follow. And YES, it is more important than my insane workouts. And, I hate it too… I know shitty food tastes good!! Just stay strong.

Exactly, i’ve said it before and i’ll say it again…it’s a good thing that i get fat eating crap because if i hadn’t gotten obese i’d never have had any motivation to change my diet or activity level. And i feel SO much better now.
