Good morning.
Its Day III of my own thing here….
As you all know by now, im hurt…elbow and shoulder are not ready for 255# floor presses or 135# push press reps….not anytime soon.
So? Go use the machines, do legs…etc, right? Well, I tried…my knees cramp, you can only do so many leg presses or squats. Cardio? Yeah, I tried all the machines.
Seriously, not to sound cool…but I almost fall asleep. I have to close my eyes to pretend im having fun and part of the song blaring in my ears. It sucks, bad. The longest I lasted on the machine was 4 minutes.
Keep in mind; I lost over 40lbs on those things. I would do 3 different machines, for 30 minutes each! WTF!!!!!??!?!?!?!
There is no cure for me. I have the sickness…you will too.
I wan’t you to cringe, and feel like puking when you think about a cardio machine.
YOU ARE A FUCKIN MACHINE…not your exercise! Got it?

Cardio? Slow, stupid, keep your heart rate…blah whatever the f*** they want us to do…KEEP THAT SHIT AT 24. Every time I train myself, I want to have vague fear of passing out or maybe even having a heart attack. Doctor says im way too young for that, but ill do what I can. HAAAAAA!!!
No joke, folks. My motto is; If im going to sweat, I might as well killllit!
Timeout: Obviously, if you havent seen a gym….a WOD, or even exercised in months…of course, then yes…use the machines until your ready for real food again.
Im creating psychos who will hate cardio machines, who seek to destroy their CNS on every workout, who laugh when they see people jogging slowly along the side of the road, who hold inside, a somewhat demented- but very focused inner-warrior slash beast.

Is it safe always? No… I never said it was. If something is injured, you stop training…I said injured, not hurting. We do not train to injure, we train to destroy barriers…self imposed worldy barrier. I hurt everytime I train. Big Kville asked me, do you train for a means to an end? Or is it just an end to an end? Ha…something like that. The answer is, I train because it is a drug to me. I am addicted. Results come by accident for me. Truth is, if I was 110% doing it for looks, I would rest and take much more time off to let my body heal and grow into itself. Right now, I can’t KILL…and my diet lacks, so results diminish daily. I am not stupid, I do not lie to myself.
Sometimes I almost cry, those are the INSANE ones, most of the time ill let out a huge wheeeeeeeew…and a slightly demented laugh to myself…but, I recover and know the recovery methods to get back on the battlefield. Stretch, water, rest, proper food, push the threshold but do not injure.
It’s almost as if I have been tainted by the world and I need a purification thru my training session I prescribe to myself. Ok, that was a little weird sorry…
Hey, I don’t expect many to like me…but those who do, those who will eventually killlit at my own gym…they’re the ones I really care about. My beez, my soldiers. If I tried to make everyone happy, nobody would be….
My soldiers would fight for me, and I would put it ALL on the line for them. My fitness industry is not filled with shiny piles of shit and happy cheery trainers dressed in warm up pants and a name tag. Don’t kid yourself, things will change for me…they do daily. As I grow, I am forced to become more ‘business’ like….but I won’t ever be a different beast. I will find ways around ‘things’ because it is a wonderful country filled with opportunity…wink, wink.
Listen, you WILL NOT tell me what to do with my body or my business for that matter. Fuck your machines and cables…and your rules, i follow THE LAW…not rules!! I don’t give a shit if I am 65 and cant walk from self destruction. I am 31 now, and don’t want to walk as it is.
I want to SPRINT!! Just fu**in killlit! That’s it…that is all I want.

PS: This was suppose to be a post about cardio, so here is a couple sessions we have done….but I got carried away…AGAIN.

Bored on the cardio machines? Make it harder. I’m sure there’s some setting you’ll find unpleasant enough that you won’t be tempted to take a nap….I realize they’re still not exciting though.

I guess I could set the resistance way up but its the same thing, just as boring. I never said it wasnt difficult, just stupid and boring.
I am using them because I HAVE TO…and I am sure there are some out there that have to as well…and that is fine. But, if youre perfectly healthy and in decent shape…for shit sakes, get off the machines people!!!
Actally, Ive spent the last 10 years with that tan…and its back again, the old one was a fake!
