Protein Powder Ideas

Forgive me my fellow caveman followers. We are about to talk protein shakes for a few minutes here.
For one, I have a few beez in peez that do not enjoy the animal flesh. Yes, I know there are many other ways to get your protein…but this is an effective and fast fix when you need it. It can also serve as a sweet snack, or bed time sweet tooth craving.
Please Note: I am addicted to coffee, so feel free to change out the coffee portions for water or another low calorie liquid. I do not suggest you use coffee in your bed time shake. However, I have one right now and it is 10pm…anyhow.

The protein I am using:
DYMATIZE NUTRITION: Elite Whey Protein Isolate.
I am no nutrition expert, so all I can do is tell you what the label says.
1 scoop = 117 calories / 24g protein / 2g fat / 2g carbs
Please Note 2: I have used the “Blender Bottle” to mix all my combos with success.
Here are a few combos to try.
Plain: About 150 calories
1 scoop
8 oz coffee (iced or hot)
4 oz water
Dairy Combo: 30 protein, 200 calories
1 scoop
8 oz coffee
5 oz skim milk
Nitro Shake: 33 protein 220 calories
1 scoop
1 via instant coffee mix
8 oz skim milk
4 oz water
3 hour Shake: 45 protein / 18 carbs / 287 calories
1 scoop
4 oz water
8 oz skim milk
1 carb master vanilla yogurt(via if caffeine is desired)
Use as bed time protein.
Other protein powder added snacks and deserts.
1/2 scoop + vanilla carb master mixed for 24g protein
1/2 scoop + 1/2 cottage cheese for 42g of protein
1/2 scoop + fresh n’ easy Greek Yogurt for 36g of protein
Eat well. Do WORK. Support muscle.
