Diet & Exercise Program: The Warrior, explained

Please note…this shit AINT EASY. If you want comfort, keep doing what you do. If you want pretty and nice, go to curves, 24, or some sort of all female health spa thing-a-mabob. If you just want normal everyday lies and bullshit, why would you seek new advice or hire a trainer? DUH!
Q. How do you know what we worked or trained?
Q. All this is compound exercises? How do we avoid doing the same body part?
LOOK! Folks, this is an advanced program. We do not isolate muscles, and we do not train for a fuckin pump. Do you understand that yet??? We are warriors. We do not care if our chest is puffy or biceps ’stay’ pumped for hours. We do not do workouts to pose in front of mirrors.
If I were you, and wanted to do the advanced program…I would count on working out every other day, HARD. I would not attempt more than 2 back to back training days without 1 day of rest.
If we do not isolate, we create. We create support and stabilizer muscles. Of course it burns for the moment, but it goes away. Also, most of these support muscles haven’t been worked in years…if ever, because you’ve been sitting on a damn bench and using cables to guide your range of motion.
Q. Well, Mike….you hurt your elbow and shoulder by over training?
Look! Part 2… I played rugby, football, and continued playing things when I shouldn’t have. This is not a new injury. You are not being told to do what I did. I was doing the push press every single day, then benching the next day…and heavy. Trust me, you will not go as far as I did…that’s actually funny to me. Most of you really have no idea what took place, let’s leave it at that.
First off, what does “advanced” mean?
1. If you do not know what a kettlebell is, you are not advanced.
2. If you cannot do or do not know what a push press is, you are not advanced.
3. If you have not been to the gym, worked out, or recently got out of high school in the last 90 days…you are not advanced.
Second, what exactly will this program do for me?
1. NOTHING…if you continue to eat like a fat kid when nobody is looking.
2. Get you shredded, toned, ripped, defined, cut, or whatever other trendy name it is being called for the time.
3. Introduce you to a new way of training that is much more muscle, and time effective.
Truth: You can perfect your diet 110% and use just a set of 10# dumbbells if you want to look like Brad Pitt in the movie Fight Club. Guess what? 99.9% of the population will not…unless of course they had millions of dollars on the line. You ever heard of the Brad Pitt workout from that time? Yeah…it’s calledeat at least possible and zero processed shit. Oh..no sugar. Light weights, high reps. Genetics help too. New word? Look it up.
How long does it take to see results?
1. You will never see them if you eat like a fat kid…well, you get it.
2. Typically about 30 days for real noticeable results.
3. If you continue to eat like shit, you will simply get stronger but continue to carry your disgusting belly.
4. You will be sore and feel like dying immediately. You will be fine.
Q. Mike, I am a girl and I don’t want to “get bulky” with all these weights and stuff, can I just do cardio?
1. Shut up. Do you take steroids? No? Ok then, you do not have the body making capabilities to creates enough testosterone….which helps build bulky muscles. You can however, continue to “get bulgy” if you do not change your diet habit. Males and females can both get bulgy bellies.
Q. Mike, I do not want to give up everything. What is the diet rules?
1. Most important rule; You must UNDERSTAND that 80% or MORE of your flat stomach and weight loss results will come from diet changes. Sad huh? Yes…I am simply here to help. I CANNOT DO IT FOR YOU.
2. Stop being so stupid. YES…you did know soda and candy are BAD. No…you did not think a salad with a cup of ranch was OK. Seriously? By now, everyone knows it’s worse than a Big Mac hamburger.
3. Second most important rule (very close to #1) is that you must UNDERSTAND that you are NOT insane. (that’s my job) The truest definition of insanity was given by Einstein. “Doing the same things over and over and expecting a different outcome.” -E.money
So you understand? Right? To get rid of the plastic bag type belly, you will need to CHANGE your eating habits. You cannot continue to live in your made up comfort zone, in which vending machine lunches and ripped abs exist together.
As for your workouts? Yes. They will be tough, and progressively get tougher. You will train, and begin love training so much your friends think your nuts. But hey, it’s funny…90% of the people that tell me I workout ‘too much’ are usually overweight and have no fuckin idea how it feels to kick your own ass. To reach inside and pull it out….your CNS, and stomp on it. We hate each other for a few minutes, you do not hold back because you’re scared. You do not push more because of ‘desired abs’ or bigger biceps. You do it simply because you still had it left in you. If you left with anything at all, you are not satisfied. Everything else is a result of your mental attitude.
You will progress, or simply accept the classes filled with fatty bunz and loud obnoxious instructors giving you a fake smile.
You’re a warrior.

I have been working with Mike since aug 18, 2009 and you have ripped off over 45lbs off my body I will always be thankful for that. I still have a long way till I have ripped abs. However you have changed my life and the way I eat and look at food.

the truth is i only trained this guy about 10 times if that, and e has lost all this weight. anyone else think he may be following the diet plan?
Ted, How many times per week do you go out to eat?

I leave the cave every day with my bags packed. I take some apples,Veggies,grapes and some cold chicken. I stop by the store on the way home and get my dinner Steak,chicken,and fish. If I crave something I wait till sunday and have it then. I love this diet I save money and I eat better then I ever have.
