Hello, and good morning! I’ve been bored, so here’s plenty to read…
Well, I will be the first to say it, “I am GLAD that assault of carbs and sweets is over”.
It was a great Thanksgiving and I enjoyed the family and all it had to offer, all of it…as I am sure you did as well. OK, then…guess what?
Back to reality time! We probably consumed enough to feed a small army. Reality part 2; There is no workout that will fix or ‘undo’ what we did. Keep it up, and the hole gets bigger and bigger. Change it, take a stand, and you will be just fine when the major holiday festivities hit.

DEFEND YOURSELF
Wouldn’t you rather start New Years off well on your way, rather than just talking about your new goal of losing weight, or getting in better shape?
So how can we get back on it, NOW? Here is a few tips to start;
1. Water. Yes, you already feel bloated and you still need water! Flush the shit out!
2. Get back to your good style of eating. If you continue to pick at candy, or left-overs…you’re just pouring salt on the already gaping wound.
3. Accept reality. We had our fun. There will be more coming soon, and probably daily. Just do the best you can, but don’t forget your goals. As soon as you lose sight of the desired outcome…you begin to cave in.
Your body will not wait for you to make up your mind. “Now, or at New Years like the rest?” Either way, it will act accordingly to your actions.
It’s been a slow week for training. I’m hurting, and I had nobody to punish…just a bunch of boring marketing, hittin’ the streets! (don’t worry, I haven’t found anyone to replace you…YET)
I missed the beez in peez, and hope you’re ready to get back to business.
As for me, so mr…diet is crucial, eat good, blah blah, WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU GONNA DO?

The most advanced, result driven program put into action at OCSF, ever. Yeah yeah, I know…ever is only 5 months…but still.
Big deal, Mike…so you throw some shit around, push your truck a few times, flip some tires, and do a few hundred burpees. I already told you, Im not into that crazy shit. Big fuckin’ deal…
Wrong. Well, I will do some of those things but it isnt an all out kill-fest. I have come to realize in my short stint as whatever you want to call me, people have very little faith. Or, maybe they just don’t believe me.
This time around, diet..nutrition, food, whatever you want to call it…I call it FUEL, will be the #1 main focus. #2 is rest and recover, active healing recovery methods. #3 is the killit sessions.

DO NOT KILL PROGRESS
I fucked myself up by ignoring myself. Yes, I am bowing down and reluctantly admitting my faults of over doing it. But I will not change my tune when I say, WORKING OUT JUST FOR PHYSICAL APPEARANCE IS STUPID. And it’s for pussys to be quite honest.

There he is! Mr. Vulgar! I told you, welcome back!
So yeah, the truth is…I CAN’T killit like I want to. I am only 31 and have some time left. I don’t want to end my time too soon. Not ready for the knife yet…
Truth is, I have some shoulder issues from the past and recently February from sports and this time around it came back with some friends…if ya know whatta mean. Been about 40 days without doing anything we would consider ‘killing it’… Just so you know, burpees, push ups, and pull ups, have only been a fantasy to me since then…not even one.
Can you imagine doing 100 tire flips on my tire in about 8 minutes, and now being too ’scared’ to do a few push ups? Fuck you, science. But, I’m not askin’ for pity…my own fault. Ignored things, banged my body up for years, plus years of dehydration and poor nutrition..so the massive amount of over training in 2009 was just the spark that made the explosion.
So basically, I will fine tune my workouts in order to preserve my shoulder thru rehab and rest…but the show is going on. I will give myself 1 ‘killlit-time’ per week.
My 1 day per week, will be like a cheat day to the fatty-bunz. You know it’s gonna hurt, and will take a while to get over…but damn, it was GOOD!
More than EVER, my diet will play the most crucial role…and in order to kill it long term, I must let ‘THE BODY’ back in the house, and listen to his word.
BUT…here is the but, I do promise even better before and after pictures.
Why? I don’t know…probably to prove a point. But, more importantly, the last time I got ripped…I got more customers!
We need customers!
