JabMax is the OUTLET for Mike McNeil and OC Strength & Fitness…  I am currently working on bettering many aspects of my life thru training.  My goal, and mission, is to set all things ‘in tune’ with my passion for life.

I am not here to sell some pill or video to you. I am simply discussing random things about fitness, losing weight, building muscle, using underground methods and old school training techniques, stupid gym rats, philosophy, rants and raves, some videos, pictures and will give you all the knowledge and tips I have! My company is OC STRENGTH & FITNESS in Anaheim, California.  We have ‘locations’ and also do in home mobile personal training thru out Orange County, as well as Los Angeles County.
