Fellow beasts, and beastettes, listen up.
We are gathered here today, to discuss the month we had. It was nothing short of beastly.
First, let us discuss the 4 workouts- plus the BONUS we completed.
1. The first was THE GRAND. This shit was nutty. It took well over an hour and completely wrecked me for a couple days. At this point, I had planned on doign a couple a week…this one slowed me down for sure.
Pull Ups
Push Ups
Dips
Mountain Climbers
Jumping Jacks
Sandbag Shoulders
Ball Slams or KB Swings
Lunges
Tuck Jumps
100 Yard Run, not Sprint
2. Next Up was the workout originally dubbed Junkyard Dog, but Changed to “Call the Cops” referring to the amount of noise it caused.
20 Tire Flips and 1 Sledge Hammer Strike, reversed all the way to 1 Tire flip and 20 strikes.
That is 210 reps of each.
3. 250 BURPEES, dubbed “Doing Time”. It may be a bit tasteless, but we all know by now that prisoners are a major fan of burpees.
However, I did many variations….to pull ups, to box jumps, to tuck jumps, flying, and regular.
Do not try this at home.
BONUS: “Jumped after dark @ the Homeless Park” was kinda sorta, borrowed from Crossfit and twisted into my own style.
1 minute each station, rest after all 7 for 1 minute, do 5 rounds.
COMPLETELY OUT OF LINE…this was a bad one.
1. Wall ball
2. High Pulls with 2 KB
3. Lateral Jumps
4. Shoulder Press with KB
5. Plank Position Band Pulls
6. Ball Slams
7. Burpees
Last but not least, was the final MOVE of the big 4. This one still has no official name as of yet…but it was a BITCH. This took plenty of mental strength and I sit here typing, and am reminded of how brutal it was as I cramps. This actually made my stomach cramp up the next day.
Drag, push, pull, carry the heavy bag one full mile.

We FLIPPED OUT this month.
NOW…..beasts, im exhausted. My body hurts, certain movements remind me how bad we beat it up. I did some general GPP today, so tomorrow I should wake fresh. The weather is supposed to be nice for a while.
Excellent. That means 3 nutty workouts in 3 days. Like I said in my previous post, just bare with me…this will calm soon. For my own mental and physical sake, it has to. I just need to finish strong.
So, as I wrap this up…I wish you a STRONG DAY as you leave your home…ge out there and KILL IT! I will sit here and plan tomorrow’s workout. I already came up with the name, but am still deciding the elements and details.
More to come, WORLD WAR III.
-Mike
PS: Read the workouts again. Feel them. Some of you have already broke thru the normal fitness level…and some of you will. If you have, you FEEL EM.
