Makin’ Beasts


Training goes well past physical workouts.  I have heard, ‘diet is 80% of results, diet is 70% of results” etc, etc.  Well, the truth is, the diet is not kept in tip top shape without the mental aspect being in good shape as well.  It is the mental side of you that makes the food choices…it’s the mental side of you that makes the decision to complete the WOD or not.

Above all else, it is the mental strength that DRIVES YOU to keep pushing to your goal even though things get tough…and you feel like quitting.  At that moment, is when it is CRUCIAL to your success to keep pushing FORWARD.

I am proud to say that I do not take just anyone as a ‘beast-in-progress’ and many people would not want me as a personal trainer.

I am way too focused for most people….the sad part is, it is YOUR goals that I am focused on.
